Health Department to Host Immunization Clinic at Fairless Middle School

The Stark County Health Department is set to host, by appointment only, an immunization clinic at Fairless Middle School on March 14th, 2018.

Officials note the clinic from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is open to children ages 0-19.

Students entering Kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grade in the fall are required to get immunizations, but all children that are in need of vaccinations are welcome to attend the clinic.

If you have questions regarding your child’s immunization record, please call the school and ask for the school nurse.
