Woman injured in a crash involving a school bus
(Canton, Ohio) – The Canton Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward after a woman was injured in a crash with a city school bus.
According to police reports, officers were called just before noon on Tuesday to 19th Street and Blake Avenue NW in Canton about a crash involving a car and a Canton City School bus. According to reports, a 2016 Chrysler Sebring was heading north on Blake and rear-ended the bus, which was carrying six students and the drive. No one on the bus was hurt.
Two passengers and the driver of the car were not seriously injured, but police say a fourth passenger, a 19-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Her condition had not been released as of Thursday.
