(North Canton, Ohio) – The North Canton City School District is inviting the community to a resource night next week.
Officials explain that the resource night will give families an opportunity to talk to professionals about available local resources and view “Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope.” This is an award-winning film that focuses on childhood stress and the new movement to treat and prevent stress. The film will be shown from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Organizations that will be represented at the resource night include CommQuest, family counselors, the North Canton City Schools CARE Team family support specialists, and Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery.
The event will take place on February 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Hoover High School commons.
