(New Philadelphia, Ohio) – The Tuscarawas County Anti-Drug Coalition is reminding local liquor permit holders and their employees of the upcoming the “ASK” program (Alcohol Servers Knowledge).
The Ohio Investigative Unit is offering this free two-hour training program for all Tuscarawas County liquor permit holders and their employees. The program discusses various laws, rules, and regulations within the alcohol industry.
The program will also provide information on possible sanctions against both the employee and the liquor permit holder for violating any of these rules. A few of the many topics that will be covered include Underage Sales, Spotting Fictitious Identifications and After Hours Sales violations.
There will also be time set aside for a question and answer session.
The program is free of charge and attendees will receive a certificate of completion from the Ohio Investigative Unit upon completing the class.
The training will take place on Monday, October 21st, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties, 119 Garland Drive SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. Registration will open at 9:30 a.m.
