Dover Public Library Presents a Program on Self-care and Weight Loss.

(Dover, Ohio) – On Saturday morning, January 11, the topic of conversation in the library
community room will be self-care and nutrition. Dover resident Rachel Ice (MSN,
RN) will lead the discussion: How I Lost 60 Pounds through Reading (and
eating 2 lbs a day of fruits and vegetables).

Rachel will explain how two books profoundly changed the way she practiced self-care and in the process improved her health and lost more than 60 pounds: She will share lessons learned and menu plans. You will leave this interactive talk about books with the
tools to change your own diet and health.

The January 11 program will begin at 10 AM in the community room. Call the
