I’ve got this!”
2.) Apply these Ten Emergency Stress-Stoppers when things seem out of control:
- Count to 10
- Take slow, deep breaths
- Go for a walk
- Walk away from the situation
- Break down big problems into smaller ones
- Listen to music or a podcast
- Take a break to pet a dog or hug a loved one
3.) Learning or practicing a Stress-Busting Activity can help you find your happy place and relieve stress. Even if you only spend 10 or 15 minutes doing it, taking a bath, reading a book, making art, or simply meeting a friend for coffee in between tree trimming and cookie decorating can make you feel good.
