I feel chaos everyday, from work school kids… you name it I feel it. Chaos is unpredictable and inevitable… how do we respond?

In my experience the only way I will make it through the chaos is by use of coping skills. I have to remember long-term… Long-term I’m gonna miss those toys hitting the floor because my babies will be adults no longer in my home my care, and on making their own babies. One day I’m going to beg for small children to be in my home screaming because that sound just reminds me of the times when my Littles were tiny babies. One day, I’m going to be retired and miss all of my clients remembering the satisfaction that came from helping others help themselves.

Chaos May be here… But it’s just for a minute long term, that chaos is going to be what has made my life satisfying. So for now, I will take the screaming, messy house, and chaos from my job and schoolwork, because I know it’s my future.

Somethings whenever I get upset or feel like chaos is surrounding me i practice deep breathing in my nose out my mouth, remember the long term, and think of my future… Because I couldn’t imagine myself without my career, children, family, friends. I think of ways I can distract from the chaos for just a minute maybe it’s riding the exercise bike, taking a bath, or cleaning the house.

Overall, chaos is inevitable. Chaos can be a negative thing, or depending on your viewpoint you can turn into a positive. Chaos needs to look through a perspective of long-term, and sometimes if we feel the chaos overwhelms us there are things we can do to make it a little easier.
