CUCINA CLASS: EGG-CELLENT OMELETS AND MORE

Head to the Villa Grande at Gervasi Vineyard to learn all you can do with eggs with this class and how to properly make a French omelet, American omelet, poached egg, egg bake casserole, hard boiled, soft boiled, sunny side up and over easy, medium and hard. We’ll also tackle a hollandaise for our eggs benedict and a chocolate soufflé for dessert.
