Chef Dave Browne and the culinary arts junior and senior classes from R.G. Drage Career Technical Center will host a holiday season buffet in December.
The Gingerbread House Buffet will feature more than 40 items, including carved ham or roast beef, chicken, fish, hot and cold side dishes, salads, breads, muffins, and desserts. Seatings will be offered at 10:45 am and noon on Dec. 13 and 14. All will take place in the Harvest Room Restaurant at R.G. Drage.
