Welcome to the registration for BLAST OFF!      The registration for the Active Parenting    Workshops presented by OSU Extension.
We are offering 3 different Workshops based on  the ages(s) of your child/children.

• You may register for more than one workshop.
• Each workshop is $30 and must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the workshop.
• Upon completion of each 4-session workshop, you will receive a $25 Walmart gift card.
• Payment can be made by credit card at this time OR you may mail a check to the office.
• Once payment has been received, materials will be mailed to you.
