Trinity Hospital Twin City

Since May of 2011, Trinity Hospital Twin City has been a Catholic not-for-profit health care facility that was originally sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio as part of Sylvania Franciscan Health. On November 1, 2014, the hospital obtained a new sponsor when Sylvania Franciscan Health joined Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI, the second largest Catholic healthcare organization in the U.S.)

With operations in 19 states encompassing more than 102 hospitals, 30 critical access hospitals, 12 clinically integrated networks and ten insurance plans, CHI serves over 12 million individuals annually through its staff of more than 95,000 employees. Performing Arts Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas

The $18.5 million Performing Arts Center was open in November of 2010.

PAC General Manager, David Mitchell states, “This remarkable 50,000-square-foot Performing Arts Center enriches the quality of life in the Tuscarawas Valley by impacting academic growth, cultural and artistic programming, as well as, regional economic development.” The Performing Arts Center, also known as the PAC, has become a cultural hub to the community, importantly there are no other facilities of this type in any other surrounding counties (Carroll, Coshocton, Harrison, Guernsey, and Holmes).

Mitchell also added, “To further enhance the academic programming and cultural opportunities available to students at Kent State University at Tuscarawas and the surrounding community, and to meet the University’s goal of being a major contributor to the intellectual, social and cultural vitality of the region it serves.” The PAC offers headline music acts, family and dance programming, professional performances of Broadway tours, comedy as well as outreach to schools.
