Get to Know Us! All About TuscBDD

Every community, big or small, has valuable resources for its members. In Tuscarawas County, TuscBDD is one of those gems.

#BetterTogether is brought to you by the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

The Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (TuscBDD) has resources for children and adults with developmental disabilities. They serve over 600 adults and children in the area. Their vision and mission are clear. As stated on their website, “The Vision of TuscBDD is for a community that recognizes the importance and potential of all citizens.” TuscBDD does just that through services, workshops, and educational resources.

The publicly funded organization serves all ages- babies to adults. Their Early Intervention program, Daily Habitation services, transportation resources, family support programs, and more are what make TuscBDD truly indispensable.

A key component of TuscBDD are its Service & Support Administrators (SSA). These men and women provide support, assistance, friendship, and more for people with developmental disabilities. They can answer questions and assess needs or eligibility.

TuscBDD provides Early Intervention for children from birth to three years old, Service and Support Administration for people of all ages, family support services, family mentorship, and more! To learn more about these services, visit the TuscBDD website at https://www.tuscbdd.org. You can also call the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities at (330) 308-7173.
