The deadline to submit a photo is January 30th at 11:59pm.
Voting will take place from January 19-January 30, 2022 at 11:59pm.
Voters may be located anywhere in the nation, but photo submissions must be local to Ashland, Stark, or Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
The winner will be announced on January 31th by 8pm.
