(Dover, Ohio) – The Tuscarawas County Health Department will be conducting a drive-thru flu vaccine clinic on Saturday, November 9th, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
The drive-thru clinic will be held at the Tuscarawas County Health Department located at 897 East Iron Ave. Dover, Ohio.
Regular dose and High dose flu vaccine (high dose flu vaccine is recommended for individuals 65 and older) will be available, while supplies last, for ages 3 and up. No infant or pneumococcal vaccines will be available.
Please bring your photo ID and Medical Insurance Card. If no insurance, a flat fee of $40.00 for regular dose and $65.00 for high dose will be payable with cash or check.
Vaccine Consent Forms can be completed, on-line, prior to the event at http://www.tchdnow.org The forms will also be available on the day of the event.
