Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services will be distributing over 200 coats and over 100 pairs of shoes in cooperation with OPERATION WARM, the Ohio Governor’s Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives Coat & Shoe Program.
Sizes will range from 2t-18.

When: 8am-4pm January 2 through January 5, 2024 or until we run out
Who: All Families Under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
