Historic Schoenbrunn Village Fall Events
Speaker Series: Bill Mahon September 15
Bill Mahon presenting “Creating New Exhibitions for Schoenbrunn.” Bill is the Exhibits Department Manager at the Ohio History Connection. This program will detail the process of researching and putting together the new exhibitions featured at Schoenbrunn for their 250th anniversary.
Autumn Lantern Tour September 16 & 17 
When the sun goes down, Schoenbrunn Village comes to life! Tour the Village by lantern and follow the lit paths of luminaries. Visit the cabins and hear the stories of the 18th-century life from our reenactors. The event will be on September 16th and 17th.

Farm Tours
Farm Tours for groups on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting September 16th through October 28th. Please call at 330-925-6861 to schedule a tour.
The farm tours include a wagon ride into the orchard to pick an apple from a tree, touring the packinghouse for a glimpse at cider making and apple grading. Each child receives a coloring book and a plastic sipper filled with Bauman’s own fresh pressed apple cider.

What a perfect time of year to celebrate and educate about the natural world! Come mix up your own science experiments including glow-in-the-dark slime, take a hay ride, dig up bones, watch an exciting science show, and get up-close with reptiles and woodland animals!
Spooky Science is about teaching people in a fun and creative environment about all the things in nature that can “spook or creep” you out, like spiders, snakes, and bats.
Through dozens of hands-on interactive activity stations, we explain the mysteries of nature and dispel fear with knowledge and understanding. Celebrate the fall season in a fun and unique way by bringing the whole family to Spooky Science at Beech Creek Gardens!
