The Legacy Project of Stark

The Legacy Project of Stark is at work in over 1 dozen schools serving 4th-8th graders encouraging and listening to help youth reach their

full potential.  In 2015, Eugene Lingenhoel began the Legacy Project of Stark.  Their core is to, “…Meet with middle school students on their turf. We have lunch with them at their school, provide community events, and offer a summer program where students can connect with one another as well as spend valuable time with their mentors. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.”  Since 2015, 3,500 students have been served.  If your middle schooler is in a participating school, seek out information about how to get your child set up with a mentor!

“We believe that every type of student is unstoppable when given the right mix of tools, connections, and encouragement.”
