A Unique Experience with the New Chief Ranger

Those looking for an opportunity to meet and converse with new Chief Ranger PJ Brockmeier are in luck! The MWCD Chief Ranger will be onsite May 20th.

Enjoying the Outdoors is brought to you in partnership with Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District

On May 20th Atwood Lake Park will host new Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Chief Ranger PJ Brockmeier. Pop in to the Atwood Lake Park Welcome Center between 9:30 and 11 am to meet Chief Brockmeier. You can ask a question, make a suggestion, or simply say hello! Donuts and coffee will also be available as supplies last!

Other MWCD Parks will also host Chief Ranger PJ Brockmeier throughout the summer:

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District is responsible stewards dedicated to providing the benefits of flood reduction, conservation, and recreation in the Muskingum River Watershed. The MWCD is the largest conservancy district in the state and led the effort to construct 14 dams and reservoirs. The MWCD has jurisdiction for its operations in all or portions of an 18-county area. The 18 counties wholly or partially contained in the MWCD jurisdiction are Ashland, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Holmes, Harrison, Knox, Licking, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Washington.
