Arrowhead Orchard hits the Bullseye for Family Fun this Fall and is a MUST-DO experience for 2021 in Stark County!

A family trip to Arrowhead Orchard should be at the top of your 2021 Fall Bucket List!

They are open for their Fall Activities and U-Pick apples, pumpkins, & sunflowers (while available)

September 3rd thru October 25th

Sundays: 11:00 am -6:00 pm

Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays 9:00 am-6:00 pm

The quick 25-minute drive from Canton brought Newsymom to an overcast morning in Paris, Ohio, where Arrowhead Orchard with its rolling hills and serene landscape lies.  The rain held off and memories were made.

Arrowhead has easy to read large signs to help find their entrance.

There is plenty of parking which is roped off and handicap parking upfront.  Families, feel free to bring strollers!  We stood in line for our hand stamps while the kids eagerly talked about what they could see to play with.

Outdoor Exploration Stations

Once our hands were stamped we were ready to explore!  Great “ninja skills” were practiced on the:

  • Giant tires
  • Hay Bales
  • Enormous Swingset
  • Zip line
  • Obstacle Course
  • Roller Slide
  • Tube Slides
  • Bikes
  • Dig & Dump Truck fun
  • Water Duck Races
  • Indoor Tike fun with corn

Train Ride pulled by Tractor

The train ride pulled by a tractor through the corn was a favorite and they could ride as many times throughout the day as they wanted!

Kids Corn Maze

There are 2 corn mazes, one located in the outdoor exploration stations and the other near the waiting area for wagon rides out to the Apple Orchards.

Concessions

The best treat are the warm donut holes with apple cider or an apple cider slushie!  We had to take home 2 gallons of apple cider which only lasted 5 days in our house!

Apple Picking

At the Admission table or Concession stand, you are able to purchase bags to buy apples.  They are priced between $10-$30 depending on the variety and quantity.  There are multiple HUGE tractor pulling wagons filled with hay for families to sit on to take them to the Apple Orchard and Sunflower garden.  There are steps to help you get on and off.  This was super fun for the family as the wagon ride was an outdoor adventure.  The path is safe but bumpy and breathtaking with the beauty you are surrounded by.  When you arrive at the Apple orchard there are employees who kindly explain where and how to pick and will help you out if need be.

Sunflowers & Apple Cannon!

After picking apples, the Hay Ride takes you to the sunflower garden where you can cut, and walk through the sunflower maze.  There is also an extremely long slide on the hillside to explore.  One of the greatest additions in 2021 is the Apple Cannons!  They are powerful, loud, and create lasting memories!
