This Saturday, girls grades 3 and up are invited to the Massillon Museum for a free art workshop with BeYOUtiful Weirdo’s Ke’Aunte Harris. The workshop will focus on building self-confidence, using art “to help children express who they are and how they are feeling along with discussions based on lifestyle and life skills.”
Harris, executive director and founder of BeYoutiful Weirdo mentoring program, works for Massillon City School District. She is also the author of “A Positive Life Is a Happy Life: Motivation For You and Me and the One Girl One Woman One Goal: One Can Change the World in One Day” workbook.
The 2019 Soroptimist Ruby Award Winner’s BeYoutiful Weirdo’s mission is to, “Elevate young girls, of all nationalities, to reach their highest potential by building confidence, honing leadership skills, and supporting goal attainment.”
