The Claymont City School District is asking parents with students approaching graduation to consider attending the upcoming Junior Parent Information night.
The following message was published on the Claymont City School District’s Facebook page.
High school years are quickly coming to a close for your son or daughter and graduation is quickly approaching. You may be experiencing lots of emotions about your child taking those next critical steps, and I am sure you have a lot of questions! Now is the time to become more serious about opening the lines of communication with your child about his or her plans for the future. We will be holding a Junior Parent Information Night on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 at Claymont High School. The meeting will take place at 7:00pm in the Library and will last approximately one hour. We hope to provide you with information that will ease your worries about what to expect as your son or daughter enters their senior year of high school. We will discuss college applications and deadlines, college entrance exams, scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and more. We hope that you will take the opportunity to join us for this informational meeting. You are encouraged to bring your son or daughter to the meeting with you.
You can RSVP by contacting Lauren Castello at lcastello@claymontschools.org by March 29th. Include your name, students name and number attending.
