- Massillon Parks & Recreation’s SANTA’S MAILBOX IS NOW OPEN Drop your child’s letter to Santa off at the Massillon Recreation Center or the Massillon Public Library, include a self-addressed stamped envelope, and receive a response back from Santa himself. Letters must be received by Thursday, December 15 to receive a reply.
