Come and visit the Bookmobile at Ashland Soil & Water Conservation District’s event, Rain Beat on Main Street in downtown Ashland!
Bookmobile service in Ashland County began out of a car in 1937. The Ashland Public Library is proud to continue to providing bookmobile service to library members throughout Ashland County.
The library card you receive from the Bookmobile may be used at the Main Library and vice versa. Each member should have only one library account (exception: educators may have a personal and an educator account).
The Bookmobile collection includes materials for library members of all ages. The collection includes fiction and non-fiction books, magazines, audiobooks, CDs and DVDs.
You may request books and other materials from the Bookmobile staff during a regularly scheduled visit or by phone at least two days in advance of your next Bookmobile visit. Books and other items may be returned to the Bookmobile or the Main Library.
All Bookmobile stops are open to the public.
