(New Philadelphia, Ohio) – Families invited to celebrate the magic of the season at New Towne Mall! New Towne Mall is helping Tuscarawas County shoppers get into the holiday spirit with Santa’s arrival, Tree Lighting Ceremony, and Holiday Crafts.
“We are excited to bring back our guests’ most-loved holiday events and activities to New Towne Mall to
help provide a memorable shopping experience this season,” said Tori Noah, General Manager, New
Towne Mall. “Santa Claus will [took] center stage near the fountain on December 1 with
plenty of opportunities for kids and families to interact in-person. This Holiday season, we look forward
to being a spot to make holiday memories. And, thanks to our diverse mix of retailers, New Towne Mall
is the ‘one stop shop’ to find everything on your holiday gift list.”
New Towne Mall lit the Christmas tree on December 3 near the fountain, to spark
excitement for the holiday season. This will be the start of a new tradition for the mall. The tree lighting
event is sponsored by T-Mobile and the mall partnered with with Newsymom and MK Events on the festive
decorating touches on the Christmas tree. You can even spot some special Newsymom ornaments throughout the trees.
Additionally, New Towne Mall is the sponsor of the 21st Annual $5,000 Local Shopping Spree this year. In partnership
with WJER Radio, an entry box will be located at Entrance C outside of Marshalls near the Share-a Christmas Tree. Entries must be received by Sunday, December 4th. Winner will be selected on Tuesday, December 13th.
