Kick Off Your Fall Festivities with MWCD!

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District has a full schedule of fall events on the horizon! Mark your calendars!

Enjoying the Outdoors is brought to you in partnership with Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District

Don’t miss a moment of fun this fall! The MWCD parks have a full lineup of weekend events, haunted hang-outs, and fall festivals!

Pleasant Hill Lake Park will host Bigfoot Basecamp Weekend, with special guest Matt Moneymaker of Finding Bigfoot from October 5th through the 8th.

The Atwood Area Fall Festival will be at Atwood Lake Park over the week of October 6 to October 8.

A Haunted Trail at Tappan Lake Park is happening on September 29th and 30th, with Halloween Weekend happening at Charles Mill Lake Park on October 6 and 7. Seneca Lake Park will also host a Halloween Weekend on October 6 and 7.

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District is a responsible steward dedicated to providing the benefits of flood reduction, conservation, and recreation in the Muskingum River Watershed. The MWCD is the largest conservancy district in the state and led the effort to construct 14 dams and reservoirs. The MWCD has jurisdiction for its operations in all or portions of an 18-county area. The 18 counties wholly or partially contained in the MWCD jurisdiction are Ashland, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Holmes, Harrison, Knox, Licking, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Washington.
