Library Hosts Workshop to Help Parents Bond with Their Children

A library in Tuscarawas County is inviting parents to a special event designed to shed light on new ways parents can bond with their ids.

(Dover, Ohio) – Officials with the Dover Public Library explain in a press release that Lauren Burnett, a Cleveland-are Grandma, will talk about bonding with children through original stories and song at the library next month.

She is expected to share her experiences with her own grandchildren, talk about how they inspired her to write her own books, and encourage participation from the audience. Families are welcome to attend.

Kids who participate will earn an extra ticket for the Summer Reading Grand Prizes! “We can always learn about new things to do with our kids, to grow our bonding experience, and this local author has some great ideas,” noted Claire Kandle, Youth Services Manager.

The event will be Thursday, July 13th at 6:00 p.m. Those interested in participating are asked to call the library at 330-343-6123 for more information or register online at http://www.doverlibrary.org/event-calendar/
