The deadline to submit a photo is January 19th at 11:59pm.
Voting will take place from February 14 -February 20, 2022 at 11:59pm.
Voters may be located anywhere in the nation, but photo submissions must be local to Ashland, Stark, or Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
The winner will be announced on February 21th by 8pm.
