Becoming a new parent can be one of the most vulnerable times of your life and it can be hard. With all of the adjustments and worries that come with welcoming a baby, feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed is completely normal.Â
While it is normal to face these challenges, It’s important to remember to take a moment to check on yourself and talk to someone if you need to. Mental health challenges are common during this time and there is no shame in seeking help.Â
