My name is Tamika and I am the mom of 3 beautiful girls. I have 15-year-old twins who I have shared custody with their father and a 3 year who I am a single mom to. 

I love to be with my family and friends and any time that I can love to go to Target. Love shopping………clothes & shoes are my favorite. I love to get dressed up but nothing beats a pair of Converse. I attend church and working on being a better me for myself and my girls. I also belong to an amazing group with an amazing group of women called Women By Choice. 

Being a mother is an amazing thing and I am so very blessed that my twins have an amazing father and other family. We co-parent well and I know my girls are better off for that reason. They see that mom and dad get along and has their best interest at heart. Now being a single mom to a toddler was a big change. But I think god for blessing me to be her mother. There are times when I just want to stay in bed and cry but I remember that I have to keep pushing. Being a single mom is all about your support system and boy is mine AMAZING. IT takes a village to raise a child.

I am so very thankful to be apart of this team. The amazing women I have met and will meet, no two of are alike and that’s why this group is so great. Looking forward to getting out into the communities and helping with whatever I can and sharing our stories so that parents remember that they are not alone.
