The New Philadelphia City School district is asking voters to say yes to Issue 4 on the primary ballot May 8th.
Officials are asking for passage of a renewal, 6.5 mill-levy for five years commencing in 2019. The levy would fund emergency requirements for the district. If passed, the levy would generate $3 million annually for the district.
