22-year-old enters not guilty plea on charges he had multiple sexual encounters with a 15-year-old.
Brian G. Glazer has entered a not guilty plea to a charge of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl. Prosecutors allege the crime took place three times between February 2nd and February 5th, 2018.
Glazer is currently serving a sentence in the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville for a prior charge of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with the same child.
Monday, Glazer was released on his own recognizance by Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court Judge Edward O’Farrell on the condition that he returns to prison to complete a treatment program for sex offenders.
If he is released prior to his trial, he would be supervised by the Community Corrections Program.
The charge, a fourth-degree felony, is punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
