(Newcomerstown, Ohio) – The Newcomerstown Exempted Village Schools is holding a memorial for two students that lost their lives tragically in separate incidents last week.
School personnel took to Facebook to announce plans to light up Lee Stadium to honor both students.
The lights at Lee Stadium will be lit up Tuesday evening starting at 9:07 pm and stay lit for 26 minutes. These numbers signify that Kenslee Brandon was entering 9th grade this year and Bobby Donathan was entering 7th grade. We will keep the lights on for 26 minutes as Kenslee was 14 years old and Bobby was 12 years old.We ask that you keep both families in your thoughts and prayers. Please also say a prayer for the many students of our district that have been impacted by these tragic events.If you plan to come to the stadium, please continue to social distance from other individuals who are coming to honor Kenslee and Bobby!
