The deadline to submit a photo is Monday, October 3rd at 11:59pm.
Voting will take place from September 23-October 3, 2021 at 11:59pm.
Voters may be located anywhere in the nation, but photo submissions must be local to Ashland, Stark, or Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
The winner will be announced October 4th at 7pm on.
