PAC Brings MO’MOJO to Tuscarawas County

The Performing Arts Center at Kent State University – Tuscarawas is inviting you to see a hard driving, high energy, “Pardi-Gras” Band!

As part of the Cabaret Series, on Saturday, January 27th at 8:00 p.m. MO’MOJO will rock the PAC. The female-fronted group features three-part harmonies, accordion, fiddle, guitar, rubboard, sax, trumpet, harp, bass, percussion, and drums.

Songs are performed in English and French!

MO’MOJO takes Zydeco music and infuses it with Americana, Cajun, Reggae, Rock & Roll, Funk, R&B, and African and Latin rhythms.

This band can command any size stage and is equipped to lead workshops in fiddle and guitar styles; songwriting; Zydeco, second line, and African rhythms; and Zydeco dance.

The Cabaret Series is designed to bring outstanding performers and audience members together onstage for a special evening of great food and exceptional entertainment.

Share an evening with one hundred fellow audience members as you are seated onstage in an intimate performance setting and enjoy a three-course catered meal as part of your ticket price. Seating for dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and entertainment begins at 8:00 p.m.
