(New Philadelphia, Ohio) – The Performing Arts Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas is turning its 1,100 seat venue into an intimate listening lounge!

As part of the Come Hear Series, PAC officials hope to give visitors an opportunity to really ‘Hear’ the music and connect with it. Seating is general admission so you can get up close with the artists.

On Saturday, October 6th THE VINDYS put on a show to remember at the PAC as they continue to become one of the most sought after, premier bands in the Northeast Ohio area with their unique blend of pop, jazz, and rock. They have been described as “a vibrant slice of vintage pop theatre” and “slinky, sultry, and jazzy.”

Shaheedrah Strong, Newsymom Marketing Director and Author, attended this show and was not disappointed! “The drive down from Stark County was super easy, the facility was wonderful [and] it flowed very nicely,” says Strong. “I was so surprised that this band was so awesome. I expected great things, but they completely blew my mind!”
