“At Art on the Alley, we encourage our community to support the local artists and merchants as they are the reason for making the event truly special,” shares Wilma K. Mullet, Executive Director of Tuscarawas Arts Partnership. “After 6 years of being in the community, Art on the Alley wouldn’t be what it is today without the talent, creativity and support they bring.”
