On April 20th and 21st, Jackson Bear Hugs will open its pop-up prom boutique to the public. PROMise in Purple will offer 1000 dresses, mens suits, mens and women’s shoes, jewelry and accessories at no cost to students in Stark and surrounding areas.
Jackson Bear Hugs is a nonprofit organization in Massillon, Oh, that provides a local hub to collect, sort and distribute items to those in need. They have been collecting donated items from the community to prepare for their 3rd annual prom shop.
Shoppers should bring a donation of a new school supply or a children’s book for entry to shop, if possible. F0rros Pizza and Angel’s Cupcakes will be on site Saturday from 11 – 2. Shoppers can browse the 1000s of free items to help them prepare for prom, graduation, and other formal events.
