(Beach City, Ohio) – A 33-year-old village man is facing federal charges following his arrest last week.
Philip Popa was arrested last Wednesday, July 17th after a U.S. District Court arrest warrant was executed at his home on Redwood Street SW in Beach City. The FBI has confirmed the arrest and involvement in the case, but no further details have been released.
