A McKinley High School teacher officially resigned on Monday after reportedly telling police that she had sex with several students.
36-year-old Tiffany Eichler, a physical education teacher, submitted her resignation to the Canton City School District Board of Education meeting on Monday. Her resignation is effective as of March 30th. She’s been on unpaid leave since March 9th.
The situation is being reviewed by the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police reports indicate in early March Eichler spoke with detectives about several incidents of sexual relationships with students.
Eichler had been with the Canton City School District since 2015.
