TUSCARAWAS COUNTY TRICK OR TREAT/EVENTS 

BALTIC: Trick or Treat Saturday, October 28th, 6-8 p.m.

BEACH CITY: Trick or Treat Sunday, October 29th, 4-6 p.m.

BOLIVAR: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

BOWERSTON PUBLIC LIBRARY: 200 Main St., will host trick-or-treating from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30.

Children up to sixth grade are invited to attend in costume for stories, games and food.

DENNISON: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st from 6-7:30 p.m.

DOVER: Trick or Treat Saturday, October 28th, 6-8 p.m.

DOVER PUBLIC LIBRARY: Children and their families are invited to Dover Public Library’s Trick-Or-Treat at the StoryWalk® on Sunday, October 22, from 2:00 – 3:00. The StoryWalk® is located around the pond at Dover City Park. The StoryWalk® allows participants to read a picture book in its entirety as they walk around the pond. Each of the 17 StoryWalk® posts will have a volunteer or post sponsor at it to read the pages of the story and to hand out candy to the kids. This is a free event. DOVER SALVATION ARMY:  Tuesday, October 24th at 5:30 p.m. please join us for our Spider Web party! Come and untangle your mystery item through a spider web of yarn. Everything is priced from 25 cents to $5 (you know the amount ahead of time). There is also a silent auction! There will be door prizes and snacks afterward. Open to anyone ages 14 and up! GEIB FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATORIES: Bring your children for a great afternoon of fun, food, and entertainment! The Inn at Northwood will have hayrides, pumpkins, Caricatures and more. Buehlers will have hoop shoot, trick or treat and more
Geib’s will have a magician, balloon artists, kettle corn, a carnival, and face painting .. and Jacque P. Photography will capture a photo of your child or family.
Union Hospital Physicians and the Dover Fire and Police Departments will have K9 demonstrations, trunk o treat and more!!!

GNADENHUTTEN: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES: Trick or Treat Thursday, October 20th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., children are invited to dress in costume, collect candy, meet characters and make crafts at the following Goodwill locations: Alliance, 12501 W. State St.; Canal Fulton, 2254 Locust St.; Jackson Township, 7257 Fulton Drive NW; and New Philadelphia, 260 Bluebell Drive.

LEGACY CHURCH (NEW PHILADELPHIA): Trunk or Treat Tuesday, October 31st 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m and a party inside afterward from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

LYNN DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATRE (STRASBURG): Sunday, October 15th will be our Trunk or Treat! Our gates Open at 4:30 PM & Trunk Or Treating starts at 6:00 PM. The Halloween Costume Parade starts at 6:30 PM. Then we will have a free family-friendly movie at 7:00 PM. This is a free event but you must bring Halloween candy to hand out to the costumed children at your car. Costumed kids will go car to car trunk or treating and they will need a family member to stay at your car to hand out candy. There will be costume prizes and prizes for best-dressed cars/vans/trucks! If you don’t want to hand out or get candy just arrive after 6:30 PM for a free movie. This event will go on Rain or Clear.

MIDVALE: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st, 6-7 p.m.

NAVARRE: Trick or Treat Thursday, October 26th, 6-7 p.m.

NEWCOMERSTOWN LIBRARY: All Hallows Read Event:  Monday, October 23 from Noon to 5 p.m. Come in your favorite costume and be ready for candy, face painting, crafts, games, and other fun activities for your little ones. Please be mindful of your costumes. Also, if you don’t like buying your children tons of candy for Halloween, check out the spooky book lists by visiting the website mentioned on the book in the photo.

NEW PHILADELPHIA: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st, 6-8 p.m.

NEW TOWNE MALL: BOO Bash on Saturday, October 21st from 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. where families can enjoy fall-themed activities including the popular mall-wide trick-or-treat.Attendees will celebrate the season with free activities including pumpkin painting sponsored by Local Farm Cart, games, a costume competition (for children 12 and under) and a magic show by Blathmac.Trick-or-treating will begin at 3:30 p.m. and finish promptly at 5:30 p.m. Children can collect a free bag donated by Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at the mall’s table in the food court to use for trick-or treat.

PORT WASHINGTON: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st, 5-7 p.m.

ROSWELL: Trick or Treat Saturday, October 28th, 5-7 p.m.

STRASBURG: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st, 6-7:30 p.m.

STONE CREEK: Halloween Parade and Party Saturday, October 28th.

Parade line up at Grace Community Church parking lot 5:00 p.m.

TUSCARAWAS COUNTY YMCA: MONSTER MASH. Halloween at the Y, Family Time Friday Night on Friday, Oct 27. The celebration will start at 6:00 p.m. and will include scary mazes, crazy science experiments, games, candy, and so much more. Put your Halloween costume on and spend a fun Friday night with
your family and the Y staff. The event is free for Y members and $2 per child for others. Officials ask that registrations be submitted at the Member Service Center by Thursday, October 27th.

STARK COUNTY TRICK OR TREAT/EVENTS 

ALLIANCE: Trick or Treat Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5-7 p.m.

ALLIANCE FAMILY YMCA: Spooktacular Family Fun Night Friday, October 20th 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Appropriate for all ages. Come in costume for a chance to win prizes and dance the night away at the monster mash Zumba party or jump in the pool for the pumpkin splash.

DOWNTOWN ALLIANCE SPECIAL EVENTS COMMISSION/SARTA/ALLIANCE REVIEW: Zombiefest Saturday, October 21st. The Main Street Walk will be held 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the 300 block of East Main Street. Trunk or Treat will be held 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the Caboose parking lot, Main X Mechanic. Costume contest with prizes for ages newborn to 18.

BELDEN VILLAGE MALL: Children ages 10 and younger are invited to attend Mall-O-Ween at Belden Village Mall from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26. Participants are asked to dress in costume but not to wear full masks or bring toy weapons to the free event.

CANAL FULTON: Trunk or Tread Tuesday, October 31st, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Visit downtown merchants and stop by the trunks, booths or tables set-up by local organizations to play games or get something sweet. The Parks and Recreation Department will provide.

CANTON: Trick or Treat Sunday, October 29th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

CANTON: Trunk or Treat. Local businesses and organizations will decorate their car and pass out candy. Children can walk from trunk to trunk to look at the decorations and receive candy and treats. Please have participants dress in their Halloween costumes and join the fun! The event will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 6:30- 8:30 p.m. at Weis Park located at 2600 Harvard Ave NW, Canton OH 44709. We are recruiting local organizations and businesses to pass out candy the day of the program. It is FREE to participate; however, we will require each vendor to provide their own candy to attendees. We will have a limited supply of candy to pass out only in a backup capacity. Visit http://www.canton.gov to register for the event.

JACKSON TOWNSHIP: Saturday, October 21, from 7-10 pm for the annual Jackson Township Haunted Hayride. Wagon rides through scary scenes set up through South Park will get you in the Halloween spirit. This event is open to all ages; however, some scenes may be frightening for the little ones. There is no charge for the event, but donations to Friends of Jackson Parks will be accepted. LAKE HIGH SCHOOL-HARTVILLE: Trunk or Treat will be Saturday, October 14th, 7:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m followed by a short Halloween-themed movie shown on the Blue Streaks stadium scoreboard. The free event will be held at the LaKe High School stadium parking lot, 12001 Market Avenue N, Hartville 44632.

LOUISVILLE: Trick or Treat Sunday, October 29th from 3pm to 5pm.

LOUISVILLE YMCA: Trick or Treat Thursday, October 26th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for kids in fifth grade and younger.

MASSILLON: Trick or Treat Sunday, Oct. 29 from 3-5 p.m.

MASSILLON: Trunk or Treat Thursday, October 19th 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Massillon Recreation Center 505 Erie Street N. Wear your favorite Halloween costume and please bring nonperishable food items to donate to SAM Center.

MINERVA: Trick or Treat Tuesday, October 31st from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30p.m.

NAVARRE: Trick or Trear Thursday, October 26th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

NAVARRE: A Halloween party at the Towpath YMCA from 7-9 p.m.

NORTH CANTON: Trick or Treat Saturday, October 28 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. City residents that wish to participate should leave their porch light on during those hours. Motorists are reminded to drive extra cautiously in our neighborhoods during the time the “beggars” are out for this event.

PERRY TOWNSHIP: Trick or Treat Sunday, October 29th 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
