Tuscarawas County Homeschool Days: Two Days of Hands-On Learning and Exploration

The Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce the Tuscarawas County Homeschool Days, March 26-27, 2025. This two-day educational experience for homeschool families provides an exciting opportunity for homeschool students in grades K-12 to engage in activities and explore the rich history and culture of the region.

Day one (March 26th) will feature interactive, hands-on learning stations, and engaging activities led by local museums, historical sites, and educational organizations at the Trumpet in the Land Pavilion located at 1600 Trumpet Dr NE in New Philadelphia. Participating in this year’s event are the Age of Steam Roundhouse, Dennison Railroad Depot Museum, Ernest Warther Museum & Gardens, Fort Laurens, Historic Zoar
Village, Reeves Museum, Schoenbrunn Village, Trumpet in the Land, TuscParks, the Tuscarawas County Public Library, and the Tuscarawas County Historical Society.

On day two (March 27th), families will have the opportunity to explore these museums and historical sites at their own pace, diving deeper into the area’s rich history and cultural heritage.

Admission to day one (26th) is $5 per student, and pre-registration is recommended. Admission prices for day two (27 th ) will vary per participating attraction. For more information or to register, visit DestinationLearningTusc.com.
