(New Philadelphia) – Local museums in Dennison, New Philadelphia, and Uhrichsville are set to reopen this month.
According to reports, the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum in Dennison, Historic Schoenbrunn Village in New Philadelphia, and the Museum of Clay Industry and Folk Art in Uhrichsville will all reopen on June 16th.
Officials indicated the first hour of the day at each site will be designated for high-risk visitors.
The Dennison Railroad Depot Museum will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday and from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturday and 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $4 for children age 7-17. Children under 7-years-old are free.
Historic Schoenbrunn Village will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and $4 for children age 7-17. Children under 7 are free.
The Uhrichsville Clay Museum will be open from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Tickets are $2 for adults, $2 for seniors, and $2 for children age 7-17. Children under 7 are free.
Additionally, a History Loop Triple Ticket will allow visitors access to each museum. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and $5 for children age 7-17. Children under 7 are free.
Officials indicated masks are strongly recommended throughout the museums for visitors and will be required for all staff. Masks will be available for purchase at all three sites and multiple sanitation stations will be available throughout all locations. Officials noted a specific route will also be available for visitors to take throughout the museum. Some interactive features throughout the locations have been altered or removed due to health concerns.
