This November on the Ohio ballot, you will have the option to vote yes or no on Issue 2, but do you know what it’s all about?

Wondering what Issue 2 actually says? A “yes” for Ohio Issue 2 would legalize, commercialize, regulate, and tax the adult use of cannabis (marijuana). This movement is headed up by the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol. If passed, Issue 2 allows adults 21 and older to possess and buy up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower and 15 grams of extract.

If Issue 2 is passed, Ohio will become the 24th state to legalize marijuana use for adults. If passed, it will take effect 30 days after the election.
