Paid summer internship in 2021 through Habitat for Humanity who created a Builders Academy for high school and college-aged students.
The Habitat for Humanity of East Central Ohio, in partnership with the City of Canton, has created a Builders Academy. This opportunity not only enhances potential future career knowledge but provides opportunities to strengthen the community as well. The program runs from June 1-August 15th, 2021.
Builders Academy
Who can apply? High school or college students aged 16-24.
Hours:Â Work 25 hours per week as well as receiving 5 hours weekly with a qualified tutor totally a 30-hour workweek.
Earn: $12/hour

- Construction & Warehouse internship
- Habitat ReStore thrift store and donation center internship
Hands-on Experience: Work with experts on subcontracting, project managing, new construction, home preservation, tool knowledge, building, and marketing.
