Attention vaccinated 12-17 year-olds: there are 5 lotteries to win a full-ride 4-year scholarship to any of Ohio’s state universities.
Governor Dewine addressed Ohioans 5:30pm Wednesday, May 12 on Ohio Channel. He had several important announcements.

- 4-year full ride to any Ohio state university
- Ohio Vax-a-Million lottery
- All pandemic health orders to be lifted June 2nd

Vaccines available to 12 and older
Governor of Ohio Mike Dewine stated the CDC has endorsed the safety of children 12-17 receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines will be available starting Thursday, May 13th for children aged 12 and older.
4-year full ride to any Ohio state university
On May 18th- an electronic portal for those 12- 17 years old who have received a COVID-19 vaccine will be open to register for the university scholarship lottery. Vaccinated youth can receive a full 4-year scholarship to any one of Ohio’s state universities including tuition, room & board, and books if selected.
“Ohio Vax-a-Million” lottery
Adults can win “Ohio Vax-a-Million!” 18 and over Ohioans who have been vaccinated can enter a lottery for a chance to win 1 MILLION dollars.

Health Orders Lifting
On June 2nd, 2021 the Ohio Department of Health will be lifting all pandemic health orders except for those in nursing homes as well as assisted living facilities.
