The Ken Weber Community Campus at Goodwill,Massillon Public Library and the Stark County Hunger Task Force have teamed up to provide meals for kids ages 3-18 this summer.
The Stark County Hunger Task Force began its Summer Backpack program on Monday.They are distributing food at the Ken Weber Community Campus at Goodwill on 9th Street SW Mondays from 10 until 2. In addition, they will be distributing food in the Massillon area in cooperation with the Massillon Public Library.
According to an announcement by the Massillon Public Library, “From June 5 – August 12, parents may pick up a free food bag for children and teens at the Massillon Public Library Main location and at the Askren and Belloni branches. Each bag will include nonperishable food for two breakfasts, two lunches, and two snacks. These are not actual school backpacks.
Adults may pick up one bag per child per week. Children do not need to be present to receive the bags. Bags will be available during regular library hours on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.”

Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm at the Ken Weber Community Campus at Goodwill at 408 9th SW Canton, OH 44707. Campus will be closed on June 19th and July 4th.
