Pandemic Causes Havoc

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many issues for the food and beverage industry, Smoke the Burger Joint included. The restaurant saw rising costs, expensive delivery fees, and staffing shortages. As a result, co-owners Brian and Tim will close the restaurant to figure out the next phase and how Smoke the Burger Joint can have a future. Additionally, all employees were offered employment transfer to their other restaurant, Old Carolina Barbecue on Everhard Rd.
