Meet Lacey of Lacey Performing Arts Center

My name is Lacey Herbert-Stephen I am the owner of Lacey Performing Arts Center and the CEO & President of Lacey PAC Adaptive Movement Center. Along with being a business owner, I am a proud mother of 2 boys. I have been a professional dancer for over 15 years and have owned multiple dance studios and businesses in the New Philadelphia area. I have worked with some of the biggest names in the dance and entertainment industry such as Justin Bieber, Aaron Carter, The Cheetah Girls and many more.
