July 1st:

East Sparta 84th Homecoming Festival: The East Sparta Business & Civic Association Presents the annual East Sparta Homecoming Festival. Join us for food, drinks, music, entertainment, vendors, carnival rides, parade, and fireworks. Full schedule of events will be posted to our page! We look forward to seeing everyone!

July 2nd:

None for Stark- but travel to a Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Park like Atwood Lake, Seneca, Charles Mill or Tappan Lake Park and find memorable experiences:

July 3rd:

Lake Cable Community Independence Day Fireworks July 3rd

Remember the beach is closed on the 3rd to prepare for the fireworks.

Fireworks will begin at dark (9:30 is an estimated time)

Rain date is July 5th.

July 4th:

Alliance:  Fireworks will begin at dusk July 4 at Silver Park, 2930 S. Union Ave. Rain date is July 5. 

North Canton:   We invite the community to gather on the lawn in front of Hoover High School along Seventh Street for our annual July Fourth celebration. This family-friendly event will feature live music, food vendors, and children’s activities, including face painting, a 50/50 raffle, and more. And, of course, we’ll get ready to light up the night sky just after dusk with a spectacular fireworks display, put on by American Fireworks.

 City of Canton: City of Canton Announces Independence Day Fireworks and The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps for Monday, July 4, 2022.

The Monument grounds will open at 7:00 PM. Entertainment, including En-Rich-Ment, The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps and The Bluecoats Alumni Corps, is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM. The fireworks display will begin at approximately 9:50 pm. The fireworks staging area will be adjacent to the McKinley Monument.

 July 4th Celebration (sensory friendly) at Whole Child Community in Massillon- Join us July 4th for art , sensory play, and more at 1:30 pm.

This will be a sensory friendly program . We know many celebrations are loud and crowded . This can make it hard for some kids to enjoy .

We always limit our classes to smaller groups to help the space feel more comfortable.

$15 per child or $20 if you wish to take a sensory bin home with you.
